March into Spring for Coastal Festivals

Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival

Springtime in Coastal Alabama brings a bouquet of festivals filled with artsy, colorful and scrumptious celebrations. Check out our March lineup and make your plans to join us.

Art! Art! Art!

The 44th Annual Orange Beach Festival of Art kicks off the festival season March 10 – 11 at Waterfront Park. Visual arts, performing arts, music and culinary arts are showcased by more than 100 talented artisans. It is an immersive festival where participants are encouraged to touch, see, hear and feel the art. Listen to music with the backdrop of Wolf Bay to put you in the mood for springtime on the coast. Parking is easy with a $2 to and from shuttle from The Wharf. This year the festival will feature a special fenced-in area for cycling guests.

Include a stop at the nearby Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach to check out their new fine arts gallery overlooking the bay.

Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival

A coastal favorite for more than 60 years, the Fairhope Arts & Crafts Festival is March 16 – 18. Free to the public, the festival puts the spotlight on artists from across the country. The art is joined by live entertainment and all the delicious food you expect from a Gulf Coast festival. All the fun takes place in downtown Fairhope so it is best to use the shuttles to avoid the traffic backup.
